On 22.05.2023, the Upper Sakarya İlyaspaşa Irrigation Contract was signed between the DSİ 3rd Regional Directorate and Gürsesli-Güleker Business Partnership.

The irrigation canal, which is located within the borders of the Günyüzü District of Eskişehir and will be used for irrigation of 4403 ha of agricultural land with the water taken from the Gökpınar Dam, includes the pressure pipe and the pumped irrigation system.
