The foundation of Gürsesli A.Ş. was laid in Adana in 1968, with the project studies of private buildings and the construction of residences by Bahattin Gürsesli. DSI Hemite, Berdan Irrigation, Petkim Aliağa Social Facilities, TKİ Elbistan Stripping Constructions were successfully undertaken within Yet Yapı, which was established by Bahattin Gürsesli in 1976. Bahattin Gürsesli, who has successfully completed every job he has undertaken, entered the construction industry in 1979 as the contractor with the highest number of commitments in Adana. UYTAŞ A.Ş. which founded in the same years, undertook many projects in Libya, by 1982, 110,000,000 USD worth of housing and military construction works were completed. In 1982, it was transferred from a sole proprietorship to a limited company, and in 1983, with the name change, Bahattin Gürsesli International Construction and Tic. Ltd. Ltd. Şti. continued its contracting works. After the head office was moved from Adana to Ankara in 1988, the company made the last name change in 1992 and became Gürsesli İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Since 1992, Gürsesli A.Ş. has successfully carried out large Water Structures, Highways, Industrial and Energy Facilities projects and completed the acceptance procedures with the relevant administrations. Gürsesli A.Ş. has a two-partner management structure and following their graduation, Gürsesli A.Ş. have served at various levels.
